倍容量復(fu)(fu)合材料芯鋁絞線JXRL/FH充(chong)分發(fa)揮(hui)了有(you)機復(fu)(fu)合材料的(de)特(te)長,與現有(you)的(de)各種相(xiang)比,具有(you)強(qiang)度(du)(du)高、線損低、電(dian)導率高、弧垂小、允(yun)許工(gong)作(zuo)溫度(du)(du)高、載流(liu)量大(da)、重量輕、耐腐(fu)蝕及使(shi)用(yong)壽命長等優(you)點(dian),即使(shi)在導線載流(liu)量增(zeng)加,導線溫度(du)(du)提高以(yi)后(hou),導線的(de)運用(yong)仍是安全(quan)可(ke)靠的(de),從而實現了電(dian)力(li)傳輸的(de)節能、環保(bao)與安全(quan),其具體特(te)點(dian)如下。
1.強度高
一般(ban)鋼絲的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強度(du)為1240MPa,高(gao)強度(du)鋼絲為1410MPa,而倍(bei)(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材料芯(xin)(xin)鋁絞JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)碳(tan)纖維和玻璃(li)纖維混合(he)(he)固(gu)化芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang),其抗(kang)(kang)拉強度(du)最小值可達到2150MPa ,分別為前(qian)兩(liang)者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)1.73倍(bei)(bei)和1.52倍(bei)(bei)。如芯(xin)(xin)線(xian)(xian)直徑(jing)為6.5MM的(de)(de)(de)碳(tan)纖維和玻璃(li)纖維混合(he)(he)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強度(du)達2500MPa,比一般(ban)鋼芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強度(du)高(gao)一倍(bei)(bei),比高(gao)強度(du)鋼芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強度(du)高(gao)77%左右。因倍(bei)(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材料芯(xin)(xin)鋁絞線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)結構形式較(jiao)為創新(xin),因此有利(li)用提高(gao)接(jie)續管、耐(nai)張線(xian)(xian)夾與導線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)壓接(jie)強度(du)。
2.線損低、導電率高
由于倍(bei)容(rong)量復(fu)合材料芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH不(bu)存在鋼(gang)(gang)絲材料引起的(de)(de)(de)磁滯損耗熱效應(ying),而且(qie)在輸送相同負荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)條件下,具(ju)有更低的(de)(de)(de)運行溫度,可以減少輸電(dian)損失(shi)約6%左右(you)。另(ling)外(wai),倍(bei)容(rong)量復(fu)合材料芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)層由梯(ti)形(xing)截面軟(ruan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)形(xing)成的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)表(biao)面遠比(bi)傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ表(biao)面光滑,提(ti)高了(le)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)表(biao)面粗(cu)糙系數(shu),有利于提(ti)高導線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)暈(yun)(yun)起始電(dian)壓,減少電(dian)暈(yun)(yun)損失(shi),降低電(dian)暈(yun)(yun)噪(zao)聲和無(wu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)電(dian)干擾水平(ping)。再者,由于外(wai)層為梯(ti)形(xing)截面軟(ruan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),與相同直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ相比(bi)外(wai)層纏繞的(de)(de)(de)導電(dian)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)更多(duo),提(ti)高了(le)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)導率。
3.弧垂小
碳纖維芯(xin)的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)膨脹系(xi)數(shu)低(di)(1.6*10-6/℃),約為(wei)普通剛芯(xin)線(xian)膨脹系(xi)數(shu)(11.5*10-6/℃)的(de)(de)(de)1/7,倍(bei)容(rong)量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)JXRL/FH與(yu)常規導(dao)線(xian)相(xiang)比具(ju)有顯著的(de)(de)(de)低(di)馳度(du)特性(xing)。在相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)實驗條件(jian)下,溫度(du)從26.1℃上升到183℃時,常規鋼(gang)芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)(de)弧垂236mm增(zeng)加(jia)到1422mm,提(ti)高(gao)了5倍(bei),而(er)倍(bei)容(rong)量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)弧垂僅(jin)從198mm增(zeng)加(jia)到312mm,提(ti)高(gao)僅(jin)0.58倍(bei)。倍(bei)容(rong)量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)JXRL/FH弧垂的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化量(liang)僅(jin)為(wei)常規鋼(gang)芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)(de)9.6%,即在高(gao)溫條件(jian)下,倍(bei)容(rong)量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)弧垂變(bian)化量(liang)不到鋼(gang)芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)(de)1/10。由于倍(bei)容(rong)量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)JXRL/FH在高(gao)溫條件(jian)下的(de)(de)(de)低(di)弧度(du)特性(xing),能有效減(jian)少架空線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)空間(jian)走廊,提(ti)高(gao)導(dao)線(xian)高(gao)溫運行的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全性(xing)和可靠性(xing)。

6.耐腐蝕、使用壽命長
由于(yu)復合(he)芯棒(bang)外(wai)表面包(bao)覆的(de)(de)是(shi)絕緣體的(de)(de)玻璃纖(xian)維(wei)層(ceng),芯棒(bang)與鋁(lv)股之間(jian)不存在接(jie)觸電位差,避免了(le)諸如鋼芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)體在通電時(shi)鋁(lv)線(xian)與鍍(du)鋅鋼線(xian)之間(jian)的(de)(de)電化腐蝕(shi)問題,能(neng)保(bao)護鋁(lv)導(dao)(dao)體免受電腐蝕(shi),同(tong)時(shi)該導(dao)(dao)線(xian)屬于(yu)自阻尼結構(gou),具有(you)優(you)越(yue)的(de)(de)防振性(xing)。因此,有(you)效地(di)延(yan)緩了(le)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)的(de)(de)老化,延(yan)長(chang)了(le)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)的(de)(de)使用壽命。
