倍容量復合材料(liao)芯(xin)鋁絞線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH充分發揮了有(you)(you)機復合材料(liao)的(de)特長,與現有(you)(you)的(de)各種相比,具(ju)有(you)(you)強度高(gao)(gao)、線(xian)(xian)損低(di)、電導(dao)(dao)率高(gao)(gao)、弧垂(chui)小、允許(xu)工作溫度高(gao)(gao)、載流量大、重量輕、耐腐蝕及使用壽命長等優點,即使在(zai)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)載流量增加,導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)溫度提高(gao)(gao)以后,導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)運用仍是(shi)安(an)全(quan)可靠的(de),從而實現了電力傳輸的(de)節(jie)能、環保(bao)與安(an)全(quan),其具(ju)體(ti)特點如下。
1.強度高
一般(ban)鋼絲的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)(la)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)為1240MPa,高強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)鋼絲為1410MPa,而倍容量(liang)復合(he)材(cai)料芯鋁絞JXRL/FH的(de)(de)碳(tan)纖維和玻(bo)璃纖維混(hun)合(he)固(gu)化芯棒,其抗(kang)拉(la)(la)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)最小(xiao)值(zhi)可達(da)到2150MPa ,分別為前兩者的(de)(de)1.73倍和1.52倍。如芯線直徑為6.5MM的(de)(de)碳(tan)纖維和玻(bo)璃纖維混(hun)合(he)芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)(la)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)達(da)2500MPa,比一般(ban)鋼芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)(la)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)高一倍,比高強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)鋼芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)(la)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)高77%左(zuo)右。因倍容量(liang)復合(he)材(cai)料芯鋁絞線JXRL/FH的(de)(de)結(jie)構形式較為創新,因此有利用(yong)提(ti)高接(jie)續管(guan)、耐張線夾與導線的(de)(de)壓接(jie)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)。
2.線損低、導電率高
由于倍(bei)容量復(fu)(fu)合(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH不存在鋼(gang)絲(si)材(cai)料(liao)引(yin)起(qi)的(de)(de)(de)磁滯損耗熱(re)效應,而且在輸(shu)送相(xiang)同負荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)條件(jian)下,具有更低的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行溫(wen)度,可以減少輸(shu)電(dian)損失約(yue)6%左右。另外,倍(bei)容量復(fu)(fu)合(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)外層(ceng)由梯形截面軟(ruan)鋁(lv)形成的(de)(de)(de)外表(biao)(biao)面遠(yuan)比傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)芯鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ表(biao)(biao)面光滑,提(ti)高(gao)了導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)表(biao)(biao)面粗糙系數,有利(li)于提(ti)高(gao)導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)暈(yun)起(qi)始電(dian)壓(ya),減少電(dian)暈(yun)損失,降低電(dian)暈(yun)噪聲和無線(xian)(xian)(xian)電(dian)干(gan)擾水平。再者,由于外層(ceng)為梯形截面軟(ruan)鋁(lv),與相(xiang)同直(zhi)徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)芯鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ相(xiang)比外層(ceng)纏繞的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)鋁(lv)更多,提(ti)高(gao)了導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)率。
3.弧垂小
碳纖維芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)膨脹系數低(di)(1.6*10-6/℃),約為(wei)普通(tong)剛芯(xin)(xin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)膨脹系數(11.5*10-6/℃)的(de)(de)1/7,倍(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)(cai)料芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH與常規(gui)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)相(xiang)比具有顯著的(de)(de)低(di)馳度特性(xing)。在(zai)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)實驗(yan)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),溫度從26.1℃上升到183℃時,常規(gui)鋼芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)弧(hu)垂(chui)(chui)(chui)236mm增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)到1422mm,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)5倍(bei),而倍(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)(cai)料芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)弧(hu)垂(chui)(chui)(chui)僅從198mm增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)到312mm,提(ti)高(gao)僅0.58倍(bei)。倍(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)(cai)料芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH弧(hu)垂(chui)(chui)(chui)的(de)(de)變(bian)化量(liang)僅為(wei)常規(gui)鋼芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)9.6%,即在(zai)高(gao)溫條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),倍(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)(cai)料芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)弧(hu)垂(chui)(chui)(chui)變(bian)化量(liang)不到鋼芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)1/10。由于倍(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)(cai)料芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH在(zai)高(gao)溫條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)的(de)(de)低(di)弧(hu)度特性(xing),能有效減少架(jia)空線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)空間走廊(lang),提(ti)高(gao)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)高(gao)溫運(yun)行的(de)(de)安全性(xing)和(he)可靠性(xing)。
4.允許工作溫度高,載流量大

6.耐腐蝕、使用壽命長
