倍容量(liang)復合材料芯鋁絞(jiao)線JXRL/FH充分發(fa)揮了有(you)機(ji)復合材料的特長,與(yu)現有(you)的各種相比,具有(you)強度(du)高(gao)、線損低、電導率(lv)高(gao)、弧垂小(xiao)、允許(xu)工作溫(wen)度(du)高(gao)、載流(liu)量(liang)大、重量(liang)輕(qing)、耐腐蝕及使用壽(shou)命長等(deng)優點(dian),即使在導線載流(liu)量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia),導線溫(wen)度(du)提高(gao)以(yi)后,導線的運(yun)用仍是安全(quan)可靠的,從(cong)而實現了電力傳輸的節能、環保(bao)與(yu)安全(quan),其具體特點(dian)如下。
1.強度高
一(yi)般(ban)鋼(gang)絲(si)的(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)為(wei)(wei)1240MPa,高強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)鋼(gang)絲(si)為(wei)(wei)1410MPa,而倍(bei)(bei)容量復(fu)合(he)材(cai)料芯鋁絞JXRL/FH的(de)(de)碳(tan)纖維和(he)玻璃(li)纖維混(hun)合(he)固化(hua)芯棒,其抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)最小值可(ke)達(da)到2150MPa ,分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)前兩者的(de)(de)1.73倍(bei)(bei)和(he)1.52倍(bei)(bei)。如芯線直徑為(wei)(wei)6.5MM的(de)(de)碳(tan)纖維和(he)玻璃(li)纖維混(hun)合(he)芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)達(da)2500MPa,比一(yi)般(ban)鋼(gang)芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)高一(yi)倍(bei)(bei),比高強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)鋼(gang)芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)高77%左右(you)。因倍(bei)(bei)容量復(fu)合(he)材(cai)料芯鋁絞線JXRL/FH的(de)(de)結構形式較為(wei)(wei)創新,因此有利用提(ti)高接續管、耐張線夾與導線的(de)(de)壓接強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)。
2.線損低、導電率高
由于(yu)倍(bei)容(rong)量復合材料(liao)(liao)芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)JXRL/FH不存(cun)在(zai)鋼(gang)絲材料(liao)(liao)引起的(de)磁滯損(sun)(sun)耗熱效應,而且在(zai)輸送相同負荷的(de)條件下,具有(you)更(geng)低的(de)運行溫度,可以減少輸電(dian)損(sun)(sun)失約6%左右。另外(wai),倍(bei)容(rong)量復合材料(liao)(liao)芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)外(wai)層由梯形截面(mian)(mian)軟鋁(lv)形成的(de)外(wai)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)遠比傳統的(de)鋼(gang)芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)LGJ表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)光(guang)滑,提高了(le)導(dao)線(xian)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)粗糙系數,有(you)利于(yu)提高導(dao)線(xian)的(de)電(dian)暈(yun)起始(shi)電(dian)壓,減少電(dian)暈(yun)損(sun)(sun)失,降低電(dian)暈(yun)噪聲(sheng)和(he)無線(xian)電(dian)干擾水平(ping)。再者,由于(yu)外(wai)層為梯形截面(mian)(mian)軟鋁(lv),與相同直徑的(de)鋼(gang)芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)LGJ相比外(wai)層纏繞(rao)的(de)導(dao)電(dian)鋁(lv)更(geng)多,提高了(le)導(dao)線(xian)的(de)電(dian)導(dao)率。
3.弧垂小

6.耐腐蝕、使用壽命長
